Ingredients
Fish
- 4 pieces each skinless cod
- 1/2 tsp.cumin
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. lime chili seasoning
Sauce
- 1/4 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsps light mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 3/4 tsp chili-lime seasoning
- salt to taste
Slaw
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 cup white cabbage
- 1 cup red cabbage
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 8 corn tortillas
Directions
- Season fish with salt, cumin and Tajin
- combine ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl
- Toss the slaw
- Place the fish on the skillet spray with olive oil, cook for couple of minutes on each side until fish is cooked
- Char the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side
- Assemble tacos, place slaw on the bottom of each tortilla top with fish and drizzle with sauce.
