Oats Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 cups rolled oats 
  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup

 Directions

  1. Toss everything in a blender and let it combine. 
  2. Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes to thicken up.
  3. Cook pancakes on medium-heat .
  4. I topped them with a light drizzle of maple syrup, hemp hearts, fresh blueberries and LOTS of peanut butter
