Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- cherry tomatoes, 2 cups
- 1 medium red onion, diced
- 1 can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 cup olives, halved
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Dressing
- 1/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves
- a small handful fresh dill
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Place all the ingredients for dressing into a jar and whisk really well.
- In a large bowl place all the salad ingredients..
- Put the dressing over salad and toss.
- Enjoy the salad!
