Edamame and Chickpeas Salad


  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 2  carrots cut or grated (Your choice)
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1/2 cup edamame
  • 1/4 cup blue berries
  • 1 tablespoon feta cheese

    A handful of boiled chickpeas

    Dressing : Yogurt, lemon juice honey Salt and pepper

    Procedure : Mix all above and add the dressing and there you go your salad is ready to eat.

    Enjoy the nutritious salad full of protein and fiber.
