Spinach and Mozzarella Salad

Serving Size 1



  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 large tomato, sliced 
  • 1 ball of fresh mozzarella
  • 1 tbsp walnuts
  • 1 tbsp cranberries

Dressing: Balsamic Vinegar, olive oil


     1.Spread spinach out on a serving plate, place the tomato slices on the bed of spinach. Top each slice of tomato with a slice of fresh mozzarella.

     2. Sprinkle walnuts and cranberries on top 

    3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil
