- 4 cups arugula
- 6 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 1/2 Avocado sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- salt and pepper
Dressing: Raspberry Vinaigrette
Directions
1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and drizzle with raspberry vinaigrette. gently toss together and serve immediately.
