Chicken Salad


  • 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon dijoon mustard
  • 1 cup red grapes quartered
  • 2 stalk celery , diced
  • 2 tablespoon parsley1 lemon juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions

    1. Cook the chicken breast in a wide pot for about 8-12 minutes. Once it is cooked store in the fridge.
    2. Cut up the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces 
    3. Slice up the celery, parsley, grapes. Add these a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
    4. Mix everything together until its well combined. Let it chill in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
