Directions
- Cook the chicken breast in a wide pot for about 8-12 minutes. Once it is cooked store in the fridge.
- Cut up the chicken into 1/2 inch pieces
- Slice up the celery, parsley, grapes. Add these a mixing bowl along with the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
- Mix everything together until its well combined. Let it chill in the fridge until you are ready to eat.
