Ingredients.
- 1 pound chicken breast boneless skinless chopped into bite-sized pieces
- I tablespoon oil
- I tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 small yellow onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon curry masala
- 2 medium sized tomatoes, chopped
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- salt and chili powder to taste
Directions
- Take a medium sized saucepan and Saute onions and once they are done add ginger-garlic paste.
- Then add tomatoes and cook till they are done. Add the curry masala and cook
- Blend mixture in a blender and return it to the pan.
- Add chicken pieces and let it simmer until cooked through.
- Add salt and chili powder and finally stir in heavy cream
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with cilantro.
