Whole Grain pasta with Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Whole grain pasta
  • Oil 1/2 tbsp
  • garlic 
  • Onion, cut
  • Tomatoes, cooked
  • Nutritional yeast
  • salt & pepper
  • Directions

    1. Bring water to boil and add salt and whole grain pasta and cook for 8 -10 minutes or until soft
    2. Warm up a pan and add oil let it warm.  Now add onions and garlic and cook them for few minutes followed by tomatoes. Add salt & pepper according to taste
    3. Drain the pasta and top with tomatoes and nutritional yeast
