Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini sauce


  • 2 heads Cauliflower, cored and cut into florets
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tsp ground cumin
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 3 cloves garlic. minced to a paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Directions

    1. Heat oven to 500 degrees. Toss together oil, cumin, cauliflower, and salt in a large bowl.
    2. Transfer to baking sheets spreading them evenly. Bake until cauliflower is browned and tender.
    3. Combine tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup water in a small bowl and season with salt.
    4. Serve cauliflower with tahini sauce and enjoy!
