- Cook the quinoa according to package directions
- Place the salmon in a small shallow dish add soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes
- pour 2/3 rds of the mixture over the salmon.
- let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
- in the meantime in a large non stick skillet heat 1 tbsp olive oil and add the salmon and and add the remaining marinade and cook for about 3 minutes
- Serve the cooked Salmon on top of the quinoa in a bowl.
