- In a small bowl mix nut butter, garlic sauce, sesame seeds and about 3 tablespoons water. Add in the tofu and stir until all the pieces are coated and let it marinate for about 20 minutes
- Heat oil over medium-heat in a large pan. Fry the garlic and onion until soft. Add in the tofu and remaining sauce. Fry for about 10 minutes until the tofu is browned
- Add in the bell pepper and cook for another 5 minutes. Stir in the broccoli and cook until soft.
- Stir in noodles and Enjoy!
