Oats Pancake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Maple syrup
  • Directions
  • Toss everything in a blender and let it combine. 
  • Let the mixture rest for about 15 minutes to thicken up.
  • cook pancakes on medium-heat .
  • I topped them with a light drizzle of maple syrup, hemp hearts, fresh blueberries and LOTS of peanut butter
