- Heat the oil over a medium heat in a pot. Add onions and cook until they begin to soften.
- Next add garlic and ginger and cook for few minutes, then add chopped carrots and cook for approximately for 10 minutes
- Now add broth, turmeric and bring it to a boil and then turn down to a simmer.
- Cook until carrots soften.
- Bring the pot off the burner and then using a blender, blend all the ingredients together until it is a smooth mixture.
- Enjoy it warm!
