Tofu Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Whole Grain Bread, 2 slices
  • Baked Tofu
  • Hummus 2 tbsp
  • Hemp seeds 2 tbsp
  • tomatoes. sliced
  • lettuce
  • Directions

    1. Preheat the oven to 350 F  and spread the sliced tofu on a baking tray.
    2. Bake for 8-10 minutes until crispy
    3. Take the bread slice and spread hummus on both sides
    4. layer on the baked tofu, lettuce, tomatoes, hemp seeds
